TAH's Air Assisted Spray Attachment for Two-component Coatings
TAH's Series 171 Quick Spray System is a patented two-component spray fitting for low-pressure spray applications. The assembly is paired with TAH's 160AA disposable static mixers and can be used with conventional meter/mix equipment or with TAH's two-component cartridge spray system for smaller jobs. Coatings with set times as low as five seconds can be easily handled with this equipment. Common applications include:

Series 160AA Air-Assisted Spray Mixer and Nozzle
TAH's Series 160AA is a disposable, low-pressure, air-assisted spray mixer for two-component coatings. Coatings with set times as low as five seconds can be easily handled with this equipment. The reactive coating is mixed within a disposable static mixer. At the nozzle outlet, air is introduced which atomizes the liquid stream. The degree of atomization can be adjusted by regulating the airflow rate. Effective for high viscosity liquids and abrasive suspensions and since the reactive coating is contained completely within the mixer, clean up time is minimal.
Spray Pattern
The Quick Spray has two spray patterns -- Round and Flat. The Round Air Cap produces a full cone pattern, which is completely filled with spray drops. It is used on irregular surfaces, such as truck bed interiors. The Flat Air Cap produces a non-tapered flat pattern which is preferred on flat surfaces. The flat pattern minimizes overspray.
Series 550 LP Dispenser with Air Assisted Attachment
Series 550 LP Autogun is the dispenser used for meter mix and dosing applications. TAH's quick connect fittings on the air manifold allow rapid mixer changeover. This dispenser is offered for both low and high flow rates.
