TAH Industries has a wide line of static mixers that are both disposable or for multi-use in a variety or diameters and lengths. These mixers have no moving parts and are specifically designed for two-component adhesives and sealants industry. TAH also has mixer lines specifically tailored for medical and dental applications and for chemical processing and water treatment facilities. Geometries TAH offers three patented mixer geometries--Spiral, Turbo (square) and Stata-Tube--that divide and combine material into a homogeneous stream as it passes through a series of fixed elements that are positioned at alternating angles. Spiral mixers feature alternating helical-twist design. Turbo mixers feature square, intermittent-flow inverters that channel the fluids from the walls into the center of the mixer. Both Spiral and Turbo mixers are used with two-component cartridge systems and meter mix and dosing applications. TAH's Stata-Tube mixer is designed for chemical processing and water treatment industries and features a series of overlapping, semi-elliptical baffles that divide material into numerous substreams. Disposable Plastic Mixer Nozzles TAH's disposable static mixers are ideal for one-use dispensing and mixing quick-hardening, two-component adhesive. The mixing elements are molded in acetal, polypropylene, or Kynar and housings of either polypropylene or nylon. Two mixer geometries are available: Spiral and Turbo Mixers (square). Reusable Stainless Steel Pipe and Tube Mixers TAH's tube and pipe mixers that are primarily molded from stainless steel. TAH also offers elements for tube and frother mixers made with acetal, polypropylene, and Kynar and housings of nylon, nylon with brass, and polypropylene. CPI/Water Treatment Mixers TAH Industries pipe, process and sanitary mixers blend and disperse treatment chemicals into waste water streams for food, cosmetic and beverage mixing. Features include low shear, continuous in-line units that mix combinations of fluids, powders, granular, and gases. These mixers are maintenance-free and require no external power source except for a pump to overcome pressure losses.
