TAKK Electro-Static Generators and Generator Bars offer you a low cost method of temporary adhesion and pinning – effective, simple, clean and non-marking – through the bonding force of positive and negative ions (static electricity).

The Company's Static Generators are available in positive (Model 7302-SP) and negative (Model 7302-SN) output voltage. The Static Generator Bars are available in 12, 18, 24 and 36 inch lengths.

The Generator/Bar System enables you to bond similar or dissimilar materials and holds materials in place, eliminates air pockets and wrinkles in multi-layer products, prevents plastic films from wandering on rewinders or shrinking on cooling cylinders, and increase production speeds.

Typical applications include Non-Adhesive Laminating, Multi-Layer Plow Feeders, Bindery Insertions, Web Splicing, Printing ESA, removing air from wicketed bags, and other applications where temporary bonding and pinning of materials is required
