This Pneumatic Portable Training Lab allows students to learn and develop necessary skills to safely wire, plumb and troubleshoot simple to complex electro-pneumatic control and timing circuits that are used in industrial factory automation systems and sub systems throughout the world.

Lockable molded wheeled case with telescoping adjustable handle for ease in portability.

Components include, but are not limited to:

• (1) SAFETY GFCI power cord
• AB operators mounted in an anodized aluminum control panel face plate
• ample number of AB terminal blocks, fuse blocks, and grounding blocks
• (1) filter / regulator w/gage w/mounting brackets
• (6) SMC pneumatic cylinders w/mounting brackets
• (6) SMC MRS cylinder sensors
• (2) mechanical limit switches w/mounting brackets
• (1) SMC 24VDC 8 station DIN rail mount valve bank
• (1) 180 deg. rotary actuator w/mounting brackets
• (1) 24VDC voltage power supply
• (8) SPDT 24VDC mechanical relays w/ DIN rail mount relay sockets
• (2) DPDT 24VDC timing relays w/ DIN rail mount relay sockets

Components are mounted on a removable ¼" Alu. plate with 10-32 threaded holes 1"oc. w/rubber feet.

This Portable Training Lab may be used alone, with other Portable Training Labs or in conjunction with other industrial equipment.
