To assist in ensuring you fast turn around times, our facility includes a complete sheet metal shop, a full complement of CNC milling centers, ABAR vacuum furnaces, and an AJAX submerged electrode furnace. Welding, aluminum heat treating and chemical conversion coating are other special processes that are performed. Our test department includes a full array of tools for qualification and acceptance testing including: leak/proof/burst pressure testing; pressure drop; pressure cycling; thermal verification, and material hardness.
