Micro Abrasive Nylon Twist Brushes

Micro Abrasive Nylon brushes are manufactured using a stainless steel stem wire in a single-spiral construction. These brushes efficiently polish and clean internal bore diameters and hard-to-reach areas.

We offer over 50 standard Micro Abrasive Nylon brushes in alumina silicate, silicon carbide and aluminum oxide filament types. Other specifications include brush and filament diameter and density, overall length and grit. The correct brush can also be selected by the hole diameter.

These brushes are ideal for ultra-fine deburring and cleaning of internal holes produced by small drilling without altering bore dimensions or surface finishes. The brushes can be used in any wet or dry application in any industrial environment and are suited for manual use or in hand power tools, drill presses and CNC machining centers.
