All TECHNA-TABLES® use a Hirth Gear to lock and clamp the table. Hirth gears are used to ensure accurate & rigid table location by locking the table top at each tooth location, not at one or two points.

The standard accuracy is +3 arc seconds, but tables can be manufactured to meet accuracies of +1.5 arc seconds. Repeatability is approximately 20% of the accuracy.

Sizes range from 200mm to 3,000mm

Shapes can be round, square, rectangle or custom

The table top can be smooth, have milled T-Slots or a custom top machined to your specifications for mounting fixtures, keyways, etc.

Tables can be fitted with pallet receivers

MOUNTINGS

Tables can be mounted vertically or horizontally for all applications. Machine bases can be provided and designed per your specifications.

INDEXING CHOICE

Every table can have fixed, programmable, or mechanically selectable positions. Clockwise, counterclockwise or pendular (180 degrees) rotation is available.
