Independent solution for permanent marking of nameplates in series
The PFD 101 is a fully programmable identification plate marking system, that automatically loads tags from an adjustable magazine and positions them under a pneumatic, or electromagnetic, stylus to mark user-defined identification variables. The Micro-Percussion stylus will produce high legibility permanent marks in material such stainless steel, aluminium, or plastic.
Character shape and locations are determined by the internal software, quickly and easily programmed by the user to define X/Y coordinates on the 100x100mm marking area.
The PFD 101 marks logos and various fonts and character size, either into the same nameplate, in 0.1mm steps increments from 0.02 to 3.15in. (1 to 80mm).

- Instant processing of variables required for product identification:
- incrementing serial numbers, batch numbers and shift codes, date and time
- Data entry can be either performed through the supplied AT keyboard or via a PC or host using the optional RS232 serial port

Optional tag marking software:
User Friendly Windows based software for tag screen preview before marking. This dedicated tag marking software includes "Import .CSV files function" from a database. This eliminates time consuming manual entry and errors. In addition, the program will generate a daily output file of the successful marking.
