The Nip Pressure Measurement System (NPMS) is a complete nip pressure and force measurement tool that takes the guesswork out of adjusting rollers. Accurately and quickly measure roller profiles to correct misalignment issues and uneven pressure distribution. The system measures and displays, in real-time, the pinch forces every 2 inches (5 cm) along the roll nip.
