The AC1291 and the AS3093 are just two of many new LNA cascadable amplifiers recently introduced by Teledyne Cougar.
The Cascadable Low Noise Amplifier AC1291 operates at 30-1400 MHz, offers ultra low noise figure at 1.3 dB typical; medium gain of 18 dB; +19.5 dBm output power; 22.0 dB reverse isolation; +5 volts nominal, yielding 63 mA DC current. Typical intermodulation performance: +32.0 dBm third-order intercept point and +45.0 dBm second-order intercept point. Model AC1291 comes standard in a through-hole TO-8 package; also available in SMTO-8, and SMA connectorized packages.
The Cascadable Low Noise, Amplifier AS3093 operates at 400-3000 MHz, offers excellent low noise figure of <1.7 dB typical; medium gain 14.8 dB; with +18.5 dBm output power; 20.5 dB reverse isolation; +15 volts yielding 55.0 mA DC current. Typical intermodulation performance: +31.0 dBm third-order intercept point and +42.0 dBm second-order intercept point. Model AS3093 comes standard in the SMTO-8 package.
Applications include: aerospace, space, military, industrial and commercial.
MIL-PRF-38534, Classes H and K, AS9100, ISO 9001:2000 certified.
