Model ARJ109 is one of many high power cascadable amplifiers offered by Teledyne Cougar with 0.5 to 1.0 Watt output power. This RF amplifier operates from 1-250 MHz, producing excellent power output (+28.5 dBm, >0.5-Watt), 4.5 dB noise figure, 10.5 dB gain, and 17 dB reverse isolation; all typical. Typical intermodulation performance is outstanding: +44 dBm third order intercept point and 75 dBm second order intercept point. The ARJ109 operates at 15.0 volts nominal, yielding 235 mA DC Current. Comes standard in a 10-pin Gullwing flat-style package. Contact the factory regarding other package options, if available, such as surface mount and SMA connectorized packages.
