They have designed and developed SpiraFlow Technology for the monorail systems which offer many advantages to your coating needs, including:

• No inherent dead spots or settling of paint solids
• Proper circulation with a minimum of surface disturbance
• Elimination of damaging foam deposits
• Allows 100% draining capability for easier cleaning, maintenance and loose part removal.

The advantages of this technology optimized throwing power by enhancing circulation between the parts. Paint flow is split equally between dual circulation pumps, giving Therma-Tron-X monorail tanks up to three times the filtration rate of other electrocoating system.
