Thermax Electric Water Bath Vaporizers offer an extremely reliable and high flow vaporizer option. A stainless steel tube bundle is submerged in a bath of hot water. The water is maintained to a set point by immersion heaters. The cryogen is vaporized and superheated through the tube bundle that is fit with proprietary vortex generators. The bath provides ballast for vaporization even during power outages.
Full power distribution and water bath temperature control is provided as part of the standard package. Standard units are available from 40 Kw to 2000 Kw.
Typical Applications:
- Bulk backup source for oxygen, nitrogen, argon
- Larger scale ammonia for SCR's
- Carbon Dioxide for food and beverage
- Oxygen trim heating for Ozone production
