The Thermo Scientific Kevex PXS10-16W is a compact fully integrated X-Ray Source comprised of an end-window sealed tube, packaged with a high voltage power supply and digital controller. It is operated using either a Thermo Kevex X-ray supplied Windows user interface, or by a host computer via RS232 port, utilizing the provided Software Interface Specification.
