The Thermo Scientific Kevex PXS11-150-75 is a 75kV, 11.25W X-Ray Source for applications requiring high resolution. The compact package houses a side-window mini-focus sealed tube, high voltage power supply and control circuitry which besides controlling and monitoring the kV and beam current, flags any fault conditions.
