To assure optimum performance and consistency, Tranex utilizes automated winding equipment including high-speed and toroidal machines. We have implemented cellular manufacturing throughout the organization to reduce turn around time, defects and cost.

Every product that leaves our plant is meticulously tested to verify all electrical parameters and compliance to the customer's specified characteristics. We utilize "Automated Test Equipment" to increase repeatability and efficiency.
