Structural bending normally uses a thick walled tube and a generous bend radius. Some of the many uses are for Frames and Handles.

• We bend both square and round tube for automotive frames.
• We bend stainless steel and heavy-walled aluminum for marine applications.
• Most multiple bend handles are done on our CNC benders then go straight to paint for fabrication with no cleaning process necessary.

At Tubodyne we offer a wide range of bending services. Tubing sizes .125" thru 4.00" O.D. or solid bar up to 1.00". We also bend different shapes and sizes of aluminum extrusions and all types of bendable metals. We have a huge inventory of bend dies and tooling to fit both Pipe and Tubing sizes.
