WIKA Instrument Corporation (WIKA) continues its success with the Type M93X.D1 All-Welded System (AWS). A drop-in retrofit for existing gauge and/or seal assemblies, the AWS extends operating life by a factor of 2.5 times over a gauge by itself, according to an independent study. The solid front/blow-out back design also improves plant safety, making it ideal for tightly controlled environmental and fugitive emissions applications. WIKA's tamper-resistant, all-welded assembly eliminates all potential leak paths. The AWS is also a dual containment device, containing the process media in the event a repair must be made.

WIKA's AWS is available in a variety of stock configurations, with ranges from VAC –30" Hg and from 0 to 15 PSI to 0 to 1500 PSI. Standard features include process gauge with fiber-reinforced thermoplastic case and stainless steel internals, ½-inch NPT male process connections, 316L stainless steel process wetted parts and silicone (DC200-10) system fill fluid. Additional wetted parts, ranges and fill fluids are also available.
