PortaPump® Battery Powered Pump

This portable powerhouse is perfect for all of your onsite dewatering needs such as ditches, manholes, and caissons. The PortaPump®, like its name, is easily portable because it can operate on any 12-volt truck or automobile battery. It comes equipped with cables and battery clips that easily connect to a 12 volt battery. To keep you and your vehicle high and dry it comes standard with 30' of cord. The PortaPump® pump is also available with an optional handy carrying case for convenient safe storage. The PortaPump® has a 1/3-hp motor delivering up to 43 GPM (163 LPM) for rapid dewatering and instant prime. It has a remote waterproof controller integrated into the pump cable for simple safe operation. The unit weighs just 33 lbs. (14.9 kg) and is available in a rugged carrying case. Its size allows it to fit through openings as small as 10". It offers long lasting performance with low, 30-amp draw for, on average, an hour of operation without restarting the engine (Times may vary). Its impeller with topside repelling vanes keeps grit away from the shaft seal making it dependable. It can handle solids up to 1/16". It is also submersible with watertight o-ring seals keep pump internals dry. It comes with both 1-1/2" NPT and BSPT (tapered thread) female connections (suction and discharge).
