Since U.S. Resistor materials are manufactured from specially prepared powders, any size or shape that can be tooled is capable of being produced. Resistors can be made with or without leads and are available in an assortment of metal sprays for better surface contact.

Resistor assemblies are made using multiple resitor washers to dissipate large amounts of energy. Special mounting options are available.
