Uehling Instrument's redesigned Bubbler Level Control Meter answers the need for applications such as asphalt, concrete, sewage, wastewater, oil, etc. that have notoriously experienced problems with sensors or dip tubes. Current demand has resulted in Uehling's innovative addition in liquid level control meter technology of an automatic blow-down (ABD) feature.

The automatic blow-down blows down the dip tube while sealing off the Pressure Transducer. This system can be set to blow down the dip tube at any interval, thus keeping it free and clear of any build-ups of naturally viscous and caking product and eliminating the need for the unpleasant task of manually clearing the dip tube.

System features include:

• Nema 4 enclosures available in steel, stainless steel, and plastic.
• 6 digit display w/4 outputs 4-20mA or 0-5, 0-10 volts
• 4 output relays 3 amp (for pump control or alarms)
• External lights & switches to control manual or automatic Blow-Down
• Stainless steel pressure transducer with 1/4% accuracy
• Unit is supplied factory calibrated
