Product Description:

Fully integrated Gas Supply Sub Systems, incorporating a rechargeable pressure vessel, to supply high pressure gas (Pure Air, Nitrogen or Argon) to cool infrared (IR) detectors incorporated within missile systems, on aircraft or vehicle platforms, and pneumatic wing / fin actuation and deployment systems.

Features:

• Compact, lightweight designs with pressure ratings to 414 bar (6000 psig) at 20 Deg.C
• Rechargeable system
• Systems typically incorporate a quick disconnect charge port, molecular sieve filter, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, overpressure burst disc and electrically operated solenoid valve.
• Manifold design and component integration to suit customer requirement.
• Bottle capacity 0.2 to 2.4 Litres
• Operating temperature minus 40⁰C to plus 70⁰C.
• Manufactured from high strength, corrosion resistant materials.
• Range of bottle sizes compliant with DEF-STAN 81-91 & DEF STAN 00970
• Pure Air Cleaned & Compatibility tested to DEF-STAN 58-96
