Depending on your industry, you may refer to this machine as a rotary laminator, a panel laminator, pinch roll (or pinch roller) laminator, or laminating roller panel press.

This rotary laminator (pinch roll machine) was built to provide laminating pressure between several substrates in the construction of walls and floors for the RV industry.

The machine incorporates two 12" diameter rubber-covered laminating rolls. The upper roll is adjustable from 0 to 6". The rolls are powered by an AC variable-speed motor, providing a speed range of 20 to 100 feet per minute. Two 6" diameter air cylinders provide the laminating pressure, which can be varied by the air pressure adjustment of the regulator located on the machine.

The machine was designed to laminate walls, floors and ceilings for the recreational vehicle (RV) industry, and today it is being used for everything from laminating wall panels to laminating full-size garage doors in a single pass.
