United's Model DIG-5000 Smart Digital is a precision data acquisition system. It is designed for ease of use while providing the operator with a variety of options usually available only with computer-controlled test machines.
Test results are displayed simultaneously on an easy-to-read alpha-numeric screen. Simple push-button operation allows quick selection of any desired measurement unit including lbs, kg, and N. The control panel can be locked to prevent unauthorized changes to the setup.
The DIG-5000 features a 20-digit display range with an average update rate of 20 readings per second. Each system is calibrated in-house to ensure that it meets ASTM E-4 requirements. The DIG-5000 is included as standard equipment on selected United testing machines such as United Model LCH Digital Speedy Tester.
