R/C and R/C/D Filter, Terminator and Clamp Networks
Our single-chip design and process technology offers 1 to 'n' channels of EMI/RFI suppression for high frequency applications requiring ESD protection for up to 14,000 volts. Integrating Resistors, Capacitors, Inductances and Schottky Diodes on the same chip offers the most compact and cost effective solution for reducing noise and interference on multiples of high speed data lines.
High Voltage Drive & Control Systems
Our USH5000 Smart Power technology allows virtually unlimited interconnection of circuits operating at up to 750 volts. In addition to high voltage drive circuitry, 5 - 15 volt analog and digital CMOS and bipolar control circuitry can be integrated on the same monolithic IC. Dielectric Isolation processing provides enhanced operating conditions and improved reliability. Applications include automatic test equipment, flat panel displays, electrostatic printers, smart motor control, ultrasound imaging, telephone loop equipment, cellular, video/audio products.
Analog/Digital ASIC
Our USI6000 family of CMOS arrays achieves single-chip integration of analog-digital subsystems. Implement systems which require A/D, D/A and precision analog signal processing and interface functions. Cell library, Kit Parts, SPICE models and CAD tools are customer accessible.
CMOS/Bipolar Gate Arrays
Our ISO-CMOS series offers cost effective solutions for digital applications up to 2400 gates. 2,3 and 5 Micron technology achieves high speed and low power with operating range up to 25 volts. ISO-RAD processing provides radiation tolerance of 1 megarad.
