The Roto-Grip is Valley Craft's clamping, rotating portable drum handlers designed to lift, transport and/or rotate drums in the tightest of spaces. The unique design of the Roto-Grip Drum Handler makes it possible to lift and rotate drums and cylinders ranging from 18" to 24" in diameter without manually clamping and releasing the cylinders.
After positioning the Roto-Grip around the load, the easy-to-use control panel allows the operator to clamp the jaws and lift the load electrically.Bonded rubber jaws are connected to actuating arms and provide a tacky surface for handling most smooth-sided cylinders. An electric operated screw jack is used to clamp and release rubber-lined jaws.
The Roto Grip can also pick drums off of the corner of a pallet.
