MaxBolt™ Mechanical Load Indicating Fastener: (Repair Applications)

• Repair Bolts for Mill Flanges, Mill Ends & Trunions
• Crusher and other Large Foundation Bolts

SPC4™ Electronic Load Indicating Fastener:

• Mill Flanges – Sections are put together at the site using load indicating bolts to assemble the ball and sag mill sections. Our bolt tension indicators attribute to the reducing the amount of installation & maintenance time by 1/3.
• They are used on Ends, trunions and shells

Ridge Back Liner Bolts:

• Creates a larger seating surface during installation. This prevents the loosing of the liner bolts.

Mill Sealing Washers for oversized liner bolt holes:

• Pitbull™ Mill Sealing Washer – For repair, a standard washer will become sloppy while the pitbull™ will allow a proper seal by spanning across the oversized or wallowed out hole and preventing movement of the washer by the patented teeth on the mating contact surface with the shell.

Clarkester™ Torque Tension Tester – This assist the assemblers to set their torque guns / torque wrenches for proper torquing of the mill liner flange bolts and mill liner bolts by a bolt or fastener tension indicator.

Large Diameter Metric Bolts & Fasteners: We manufacture domestic metric and standard inch series fasteners and bolts to ASTM, ISO, DIN and SAE standards. We manufacture commercial grade, structural and high precision fastening components for the mill industry.
