VanSeal's makes a wide variety of pressure seals for pump, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other applications where standard low pressure seals just won't work. Our high Pressure Lip Seals are designed to meet the needs of your application and will work at pressures up to 300 bar in some applications. We have five different basic designs depending on the combination of pressure, shaft deflection, and rotational speed in the application. Our high pressure test stand capability is available to validate either an existing design or a new concept to your requirements.

VanSeal's High Pressure Lip Seals are made with standard materials: 75 Duro NBR (Nitrile, Buna N), 80 Duro FKM (Fluorocarbon). Additional materials may also be available.
