VanSeal manufactures a wide variety of hydraulic seals to include high pressure lip seals, piston seals, U cups, and wipers. Our hydraulic components can provide reliable sealing function at 0 – 4000+ psi in hydraulic and other high pressure applications. We use a wide variety of high performance elastomers and components to include FKM, HNBR and PTFE and can assist you with validating your design on our high pressure test head.

We make a broad line of piston seals, U cups, and wipers for cylinder and hydraulic piston applications and can design and make a custom design to meet your unique application requirements, to include magneto-rheological (MR) and brake fluid sealing solutions.

VanSeal also manufactures a broad range of high pressure lip seals for a broad range of application conditions. We have lower pressure designs (up to 500 psi) for hydraulic pumps and some motor designs and high pressure solutions designed for orbital motors operating at 4,000+ psi. Some designs are engineered to withstand high amounts of radial deflection, typically found in LSHT motors in wheel applications, such as lawn and turf equipment. A PTFE backing ring is generally used to provided support to the primary sealing lip during high pressure operation. An optional PTFE or elastomer lip can be added for exclusion of contaminants. We can assist you with validating your design on our high pressure test head.
