Visumatic announces our newest innovation – the automated Visumatic VIN-R Ring Application System. Using the combined principle of the Visumatic's VIN Insertion System and Locking Bit, the VIN-R Ring Application System is designed to automatically feed individual rings like brazing rings and coils onto tubing, or other customer specified part, completely eliminating arduous and labor intensive hand placement. This new system is designed to deliver and install a wide range of rings like brazing rings, solder rings, coils, washers, snap rings, internal or external spiral rings, and more.

Our engineering team continues to improve fastening and application processes, leading the industry in fastening and assembly innovations," said Visumatic President Jeff Cunningham.

This evolution of our exclusive VIN Pin Insertion System resulted as the solution to a customer's assembly challenge for an automatic brazing ring application. The VIN-R Ring Application System's nosepiece is customized for each customer's unique ring and part, and the system is available in Hand-held or Fixtured System configurations, or as a Machine Builder component. This Ring Application System allows the operator sensory feedback, enabling them to feel the part and ring connection prior to actuation for maximum assembly efficiency and accuracy.
