Visumatic produces state of the art Nut-Driving Assembly Line Stations to further automate our customers lines and improve efficiency and productivity. This station drives five M6 hex nuts with captivated washers, and allows different applications that have nuts oriented in 11 different places, rotated about the centerline of the part within a five-inch bolt circle. Visumatic can help automate even a complicated assembly line.

In this set-up, as the models changeover the customer selects the part setting on the operator interface panel. Upon the selection, a stepper motor rotates the entire head assembly to one of the eleven required driving positions. A sensor indicates that the head is in position and the assembly cycle initiates. Visumatic can configure automation applications for complex assemblies.

In these systems each Visumatic nosepiece is designed to fit your part and your application, and are available with your choice of pneumatic, AC or DC electric driver.
