This turnkey, standalone seven-spindle assembly station assembles four different styles of parts and has an inverted, three-spindle VPD-4.2 Power Driver (seen under the table), a two-spindle VPD-4.2 Power Driver and two individual drive modules mounted on a Visumatic Power Slide. Each spindles have independent suspension and can drive individually or together. This complete system includes a fixturing mechanism, touch-screen graphic operator interface panel, and PLC controls - all designed for customer-specific assembly requirements by Visumatic.
