This machine, for example, accommodates all sizes of cooking lids from 6" - 14" in diameter. Our system used a VPD-4.2 Power driver,a variable-speed conveyer and a graphical, touch screen operator interface panel and automatically locates the lids on the belt conveyor and drives the knob to required torque. Visumatic can design conveyer systems for your specific assembly requirements.
