Visumatic VPD 4.2 Power Driver

These "Plug-n-Work" Power Driver systems are convenient to mount and control which saves time, money and maintenance. Each system is complete with feeder and head module, single or multiple spindles, with or without a Z-axis stroke, and an array of sensor packages for SPC data collection. As always with Visumatic, your parts dictate our design. We design to your choice of bolt hole patterns, counterbores, flats or bosses; nosepieces are designed to fit your part; with your choice of pneumatic, AC or DC electric drivers. The VPD Power Driver comes with a 9-pin connector and with a PLC code in your language. The Z-axis bearing surface wears like iron and the nosepiece stroke moves independently of the bit stroke. Each axis is completely measurable. With internal cylinders, the Visumatic VPD Power Driver screwfeeder system provides the market's longest, most accurate duty cycle.
