ATEquip.com is a subsidiary of Vitrek Corp. and is an authorized distributor of GW Instek Test Equipment. The Instek Digital Storage Scope product line consists of 6 models in the GDS 2000 Series, 22 models in the GDS-800 Series and 3 models in the GDS-6000 Digital-Analog Series, several of which are offered for under $1000. We also have 11 different model of real time Oscilloscopes with bandwidths up to 100MHZ, most for well under $1000 each.
Instek GDS-2000 Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes
The Instek GDS-2000 Series of Digital Storage Scopes feature 6 models with bandwidths ranging from 60MHz to 200MHz with 1G Sampling/Sec and a choice of 2 channel or 4 channel oscilloscopes. For Data Transfer and Printout the GDS-2000 feature a USB host connector to transfer data quickly and easily to an external USB flash drive, which guarantees almost unlimited amount of memory. Internal storage includes 4 sets of reference waveforms and 20 sets of general-use memory. The Instek GDS-2000 Series handles three types of data, display image (*.bmp) for viewing waveform shape and pasting into documents and presentations, panel setting (*.set) for saving and restoring system setup and waveform configuration (*.csv) for further analysis of signal information.
Printout of display image, color or grayscale, is available via the printer connection to the USB host port. Printout or data saving preference is used to allow a single-press operation for consecutive works. Remote Access
IEEE based remote control commands include most of the panel operations where the syntax conforms to universally accepted IEEE 488.2 standard protocol. Proprietary PC software, with GUI operation, downloadable from the ATEquip.com website, allows use of a standard mouse & keyboard utilizing the larger PC screen. Three types of remote control interface with flexible connection settings are provided including the USB Flash Storage, RS-232, and GPIB IEEE-488.2 (optional). Costs, for budgetary guidance, vary from under $900 to less than $1800 depending on the model.
Features include:
Instek GDS-800 Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes
Instek's GDS-800 Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes consists of 4 basic models with a selection of available options creating a total of 22 model numbers. The GDS-800 family of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes offers bandwidth coverage from 60 MHz to 250MHz.
The advance 32-bit microprocessor controlled GDS-800 series Dual Channel Digital Storage Oscilloscopes providing up to 250MHz bandwidth with 25GSa/s E.T. sample rate per channel have been designed for a wide multitude of applications in service and industry. The instrument offer the right combination of triggering control, frequency response, and time base versatility to facilitate measurements in a wide range of applications in laboratory as well as in field service use. It is another example of Instek's dedication to engineering excellence.
For ease of operation the unique "Auto-set" Function design allows for automatic setup of measuring parameters as related to the signal. On-screen readout and cursor functions for voltage, frequency and frequency measurement provide extraordinary operational convenience. Fifteen different user defined instrument settings can be saved and recalled without restriction. The built-in RS-232 serial interface allows for remote
control operation by a PC. A six digits frequency counter provides extra value for users for direct digital readout of the signal frequency. The USB port is able to download the entire scope's LCD screen to computer via specific software. The invaluable "Program" mode is able to help users record the designated measuring steps and recall all steps as required. The special "Go-No Go" function is most useful for pass/fail testing.
Featuring:
Costs range from less than $900 to approximately $1700 depending on the model.
All of these products are distributed ATEquip.com, a subsidiary of Vitrek Corp. and an authorized distributor of GW Instek Test Equipment.
Instek GRS-6052A &GRS-6032A Digital Storage & Real Time analog Oscilloscopes
The GRS-6052A and GRS-6032A is a combination Digital Storage Scope and Real-Time Analog Oscilloscope. The instruments provide the power for digital capture and analysis of elusive single shots events with a full 100MS/s sample rate. The instruments are equipped with a high speed A/D converter for each channel to enable measurement, memory, and analysis of high-speed phenomena. A microprocessor based operating system controls most of the functions of the instrument, including cursor readout and digitized panel settings. On-screen alphanumeric readout and cursor function for voltage, time and frequency measurements provide extraordinary operational convenience. Ten different user defined instrument settings can be saved and recalled without restriction.
The vertical deflection system has two input channels. Each channel has 14 basic deflection factors from 1mV to 20V per division. The horizontal deflection system provides sweep time from 100s to 0.2μs per division. The trigger system provides stable triggering over the full bandwidth of the vertical deflection system.
The oscilloscope employs a high intensity 6-inch rectangular type CRT with a red internal graticule. It displays clear readable traces even at high sweep-speeds. Internal graticule lines eliminate parallax-viewing error between the trace and the graticule line.
Featuring:
Costs, for budgetary guidance, are from under $900 to approximately $1200.
