Wilkens-Anderson Company proudly introduces the new WACO Accuseam 2000 to their existing line of can quality control equipment. Combining the technology of the WACO VSM II Video Seam Monitor with the Accuseam 2000 software and interface, it is now possible to accurately measure can seams in under 3 seconds. The Accuseam 2000 digitally scans, analyzes, and measures the can seam, then compares the results against a user defined specification. Out of spec readings are highlighted on the monitor for corrective action by the operator. The Accuseam 2000 improves speed, accuracy and virtually eliminates human error and misinterpretation.
Images of can seams with their dimensions can be saved on the computer hard drive or network for future reference. This feature is invaluable in documenting problems. Up to 16 saved images can be displayed on the monitor simultaneously for easy comparison.
Multi-level password protection insures that only authorized personnel will have access to the system.
Measurement data is saved to a database for organization into reports, graphs and SPC analysis.
Companies on a budget can purchase the WACO Accuseam 2000 in sections, starting with the versatile VSM II, and later adding software, interface and external gauges as their budget permits.
A variety of hardware options and configurations is available to fit the needs of users. External gauges for countersink and seam thickness are available, and may be recommended for certain installations.
