Add-A-Shaft® series boasts easy installation by sliding, user supplied, keyed shafts through the gear box bores. The user's application will be turning right angles in no time. Each added shaft is supported by sealed ball bearings making them suitable for high-speed operation.

Add-A-Shaft gear boxes are the latest addition to W.C. Branham Inc.'s popular right angle gear box product line.

Add-A-Shafts are available in ratios of 1:1, 3:2 and 2:1. They are also interchangeable with other manufacturer's brands that "float."

Designed around 45 degree helical cut gears, Add-A-Shafts operate at lower temperatures making them more efficient as compared with "floating" brands. Gear cases are also sealed to provide worry free duty. Choose either right hand or left hand rotation.

Available with 1", 2 ¼" and 2 ½" shaft centerlines and bores from 1" to 1 ½", there is an Add-A-Shaft model for most industry applications such as; used on printing, packaging and textile machinery. Use them as a speed increaser or speed reducer. Convert Add-A-Shaft models to Insert-A-Shaft®. Insert-A-Shafts integrate hollow bore shafting to accept even a greater number of user supplied shaft diameters. Bore combinations range from 5/8", ¾" to 1" diameter.
