Watlow's new ENVIROSEAL™ cold end seal keeps moisture, oil and other contaminants from the RTD sensor maintaining the integrity of the most demanding application. If your application requires more protection than standard, cold end epoxy splashguards, Watlow's ENVIROSEAL RTD will provide the accurate, dependable measurements you need.
ENVIROSEAL RTD sensors use a patent pending cold end formed seal which houses a rubber gland.This unique seal replaces the previous epoxy seal and provides protection from a wide variety of chemicals including bleach, ammonia, salt water, motor oil, boric acid and nitrous acid.
