From "micro" screws for eyeglasses to M10 bolts for truck engines, Weber's vast application experience is second to none. Standard spindle configurations incorporate our unique head stroke, internal bit stroke and exclusive swivel arm components.

The origins of Weber's integrated bit stroke and head stroke technology date back over 30 years. The Bit Stroke Module internally advances the bit and features torque-free, non-rotating engagement of the screw head, thus eliminating cosmetic damage to the fastener. The Head Stroke Module advances the screwdriving head over the driving area. Also providing the crucial function for the automatic ejection of fasteners from the screwdriver head which, for whatever reason, cannot be driven. The Head Stroke Module comes in several standard stroke lengths to suit customer clearance requirements.

The self-advancing feature of these two modules eliminates the need for auxiliary slides in most applications.

The swivel arm enables us to feed a fastener to a point just before the nosepiece while the driver is installing the fastener that was already in the nose. This feed-while-you-drive technology makes Weber the fastest driver on the market.

These features combined with Weber's commitment to using only quality components will provide you with an efficient, reliable, profitable automation machine.
