The G-Force^TM is a part of a new family of materials handling equipment known as Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD's) that bridge the gap between automatic, robotic handling and purely manual solutions. The G-Force uses patented technology and an industrial processor-controlled drive system to deliver unmatched lifting precision and speed. It enables operators to lift and maneuver naturally, as if the device were an extension of their own arm. The G-Force, coupled with Powr-Grip's® Quadra-Tilt Lifters, helps to increase profitability by improving productivity, reducing product damage, and minimizing work-related injuries.

Quadra-Tilt Lifters:
Quadra-Tilt Lifters feature an innovative four-bar tilt mechanism that significantly reduces the effort of tilting loads between flat and upright positions. This tilt mechanism also reduces hazards associated with lifting loads from upright racks: When a load is tilted to either the upright or the flat position, the lifter maintains the load position automatically without using latches, eliminating the tendency for a load to "kick back" at the operator's knees. G-Force Hoist integration is currently available with the following Quadra-Tilt Lifters:

*Note: The load capacity of a vacuum lifter equipped with a G-Force^TM Hoist is limited to the hoist capacity, even if a greater capacity is listed for the lifter. In addition, the lifter weight must be subtracted from the hoist capacity to determine the allowable load weight.
