The Wyko NT9300 employs coherence scanning interferometry, also known as white-light interferometry, white-light confocal, or vertical scanning interferometry to produce high quality three-dimensional surface maps of the object under test. The system utilizes Veeco's ninth-generation optical profiling sensor technology to provide fast, highly accurate surface topography measurements from 0.1 nanometer up to 10 millimeters. The extended, large scan capability makes this system ideal for large-region, stitched, and irregular samples. A proprietary dual-LED source provides increased intensity and longer source lifetime for optimal performance whatever measurement range you need. Motorized, programmable, XYZ axes and a unique tip/tilt head delivers easy set-up for operators of any skill level. Industry-leading Wyko Vision software provides over 200 built-in analyses as well as automated measurement sequences. With its combination of design features and software functionality, the NT9300 is a high-performance workhorse for laboratory research and production floor monitoring.
