ZaGO has developed a process by which it machines a groove into the thread of the nut and permanently bonds a rubber "O"-ring to the threads to make it self-sealing and re-usable. The rubber element on the face of the nut is ideal for any environment where vibration is a concern because of its exceptional vibration resistance. It can be removed from equipment and reused without spoiling the sealing action. The rubber element is available in various materials including silicone, fluorosilicone and buna. All standard sizes are kept in stock.
