L-band Coaxial Resonator Oscillator Delivers Extremely Low Phase Noise for Digital Radio and Fixed Wireless Applications Featuring: Extremely low Phase Noise, Narrow Band, High Output Power, RoHS Compliant Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of their new lead free, RoHS compliant, narrow-band coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO1900B-LF) in L band (1898-1902 MHz) offering an ultra low (typ) phase noise performance of –121dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. This unique design offers a linear tuning sensitivity of 6 MHz/V (typ) and covers the band between 0.5- 4.5 V. It is designed to deliver 8dBm output power (typ) at 8Vdc supply while drawing 41mA (typical) over the operating temperature range of -15º to 65º C. This VCO is ideally suited for narrow-band applications that require high output power and excellent phase noise performance. CRO1900B-LF comes in ZCOMM's industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
