UHF-band Oscillator Provides Ultra Low Phase Noise Performance for WiMAX and Mobile Communications Applications

Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of their new lead free, RoHS compliant oscillator (CLV0910B-LF) in UHF-band (890-930 MHz) featuring ultra low phase noise performance of –112dBc/Hz @10kHz offset. The unique design covers the bandwidth between 0.5-4.5 V with a typical tuning sensitivity of 25 MHz/V. It is designed to operate at 5V DC supply while drawing 25mA (typical) over the operating temperature range of -20º to 70º C. CLV0910B-LF is ideally suited for applications that require low phase noise performance and linear tuning at UHF bands.

CLV0910B-LF comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. This is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. Furthermore, this technology is available for a reasonable price given its unsurpassed quality and unbeatable performance.
