The T9700 through T9730 Series NTC thermistor temperature probes consist of a thermistor potted into an open end stainless steel probe housing. The stainless steel temperature probes in this series are designed for temperature measurement in dry gas streams.

This probe series exhibits a fast time response; however, this design is not suitable for immersion in liquids or for applications where there is exposure to high humidity and/or condensation.
