The T040 Series leadless NTC thermistors have top and bottom surface contacts with exceptional solder leach resistance as a result of Cornerstone Sensors' unique metalization technology. The combination of Cornerstone Sensors' superior thermistor processing technology and patented metalization technology produces a thermistor with exceptional stability and reliability. The T040 series thermistor can meet the requirements of the most rigorous die attach soldering processes which may reach temperatures of 350 °C to 380 °C.

  • Die sizes typically range from 0.040 in [1.02 mm] to 0.017 in [0.43 mm]
  • R25 values from 5,000Ω to 10,000 Ω
  • Point matched tolerances ±10 % to ±2 %
  • Contact suitable for wire bonding
  • Suitable for mounting with Au80/Sn20 solder
