Along with other 5M series units, the DIN Mountable 5M70 is easliy configured and calibrated via the front panel for gain, zero, filter and other features that are needed for applications involving strain gage bridges. The unit contains an interanl shunt resistor or the user can change this resistor for ease of calibration. Wide adjustment of zero can offset any residual load so the user can obtain the full adjustabiliy of the gain amplifer to maximize their A/D or controller process.
