The SMRT Panel is a vapor delivery subsystem intended for integration into OEM equipment as well as facilities where existing cabinet space is available. The SMRT Panel is a preferred choice because of its small footprint, low cost, and its performance benefits.

Featuring iCon's patented SMR, the SMRT Panel plumbing includes only the valves and control components directly associated with vapor generation and delivery. The MCU controller, sold with the SMRT panel, provides temperature/pressure control and alarm functions. Valve states and flow set points are controlled by the customer.

The SMRT Panel Includes:

• SMR Bubbler or Evaporator.
• Pressure gauge for liquid supply.
• Pneumatic liquid supply isolation valve.
• Pneumatic carrier gas inlet isolation valve. (Bubbler panel only).
• Pneumatic vapor outlet isolation valve.
• Manual SMR bypass purge isolation valve. (pneumatic valve optional)
• Manual SMR inner vessel drain/purge valve.
• Manual SMR outer vessel drain/purge valve.
• Pressure gauge (Bubbler) or pressure transducer (flash evaporator) for SMR vapor pressure.
• Integral RTD in SMR liquid.
• MCU temperature controller.
• Std 10' cables for remote mounting
• SMR heater cable (for bubbler heater wrap OR flash evaporator heater cartridge).
• SMR RTD Valve solenoid signal cable
• Pressure transducer cable (flash evaporator only)
• Snap-on heater with integral high-temp thermostat (Bubbler option only).
• Shuts power to all heaters in the event of over-temp condition.
• Thermo-electric Cooling Module (Bubbler option only).
• Lowers temperature in bubbler head space to sub-ambient set point.
• Improves bubbler temperature stabilization time.
• Float Overfill Sensor (Optional).
• Located in vapor stream, downstream of SMR.
• Shuts off heaters, and closes valves.
