Servometer^®/ Precision Manufacturing Group, LLC, trademarked Interconnectric^® line of miniature bellows contact springs are manufactured from electro-deposited nickel and gold plated to MIL-G-45204 to enhance their conductivity, and provide extremely low DC resistance with a minimum of insertion loss. They are designed to provide lifetime spring and force repeatability.

With diameters ranging from 0.037" (1 mm) OD to 0.125" OD, these self aligning contacts will minimize shock and vibration in dynamic applications; help overcome tolerance buildup and misalignment problems in critical assemblies and allows the designer a less expensive alternative to high cost, tight tolerance assembly components.

Interconnectric^® contacts can be used individually or as pairs in critical applications where reliability and flexibility are a requirement. These unique contacts com with either a convex conical or concave conical tip, which when paired, will allow them to self-align at interconnection.

Our design staff is on hand to help with the design of custom applications. Servometer^® has designed and manufactured parts thought by some to be "impossible".
