High Accuracy Pressure Measurement for Test & Measurement Applications

Setra Systems, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of pressure measurement instruments, introduces its new environmentally friendly Model 204R and 239R high accuracy test and measurement pressure transducers. The Model 204R is ideal for industrial, laboratory, and aerospace applications in R& D test and measurement, vacuum systems, dynamometers, and engine test cells, while the Model 239R is a perfect fit for HVAC Control, Leak Detection, Environmental Testing, Medical Instrumentation, Energy Management, Cleanrooms, R&D test and measurement, and any general purpose application calling for high accuracy pressure measurement.

The Model 204R and 239R feature fast warm-up, excellent thermal stability, and low output noise. The Model 204R offers +/- 0.11% FS accuracy and the 239R offers +/- 0.14% FS accuracy. Both units are RoHS compliant and meet the New CE Conformance standards.

Each unit provides a high level voltage or current output of 0 to 5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA in unidirectional and bidirectional pressure ranges. The Model 204R offers pressure ranges from 0 to 14.7 PSIV up to 10,000 PSI in gauge, absolute, and differential pressure measurement. The Model 239R offers unidirectional pressure ranges from 0.5 in W.C. up to 10 PSID, and bidirectional pressure ranges from ±0.25 in.W.C. up to ±5 PSID. These units are compensated for both zero and sensitivity shifts due to environmental temperature variations, and require no additional signal conditioning.

204R and 239R are packaged in a durable, polished stainless steel housing with a 22 AWG multi-conductor cable for easier installation. The label is etched directly onto the housing and is resistant to solvents, chemicals, high levels of humidity and low temperatures.
